Recipe: Balsamic dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 c Balsamic vinegar

1 – 2 c Olive oil/Canola blend 80/20

1 – 2 tbsp Honey

Few cloves of garlic

Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

Process:

In a food processor combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, salt and pepper.  Blend until smooth.  Begin slowly adding oil to emulsify.  This is a great dressing for the arugula salad.
