If anyone has that last kohlrabi lingering in their fridge and doesn’t know what to do with it, try this delicious and easy recipe from CSA member Jacqueline. I’ve made it a couple of times and love it!
Salt and Pepper
Peel and shred kohlrabi. Melt a couple of Tbspns of butter in a saucepan. Add kohlrabi and sauté 8-10 minutes or to desired tenderness (add more butter if necessary). Grate Parmesan on top and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
This is so easy and so good! Though delicious as is, you could add your own touch with favorite herbs or other veggies.
