Recipe: Blue Cheese Potato Salad

Blue Cheese Potato Salad:
(not for the weak, or those on a diet)

potatoes
1.25 cups mayo
1.25 cups sour cream
2.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2.5 tablespoons cider vinegar
.5 lb blue cheese, crumbled
5 green onions, minced
1 cup celery

Boil potatoes until tender then peel.  cut into 1″ pieces.  in bowl, season with salt/pepper, and cool.  combine rest of ingredients and mix with potatoes…  season to taste.
