Recipe: Snow Peas with Herbs

Found this recipe just in time for our pea harvest! I made them this weekend and enjoyed the fresh cilantro I used, but you can play with any of your favorite herbs.


2 tsp. canola oil
2 cups snow peas, trimmed
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
2-3 TBSP fresh herbs
salt to taste


Heat oil in large skillet. Add peas and cook about 3 minutes, just until edges begin to brown, tossing easily with two utensils.  Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Toss in cilantro and salt to taste. Enjoy!
